The brains and expertise behind the company belong to Oliver Banks, a professional and expert Project and Programme Manager with over 12 years of experience in delivering proven results in operational improvement to individuals and teams alike.
Oliver’s rich experience includes many years with major brands, such as Tesco and Xerox and managing a range of projects, including process improvement, design, people/HR and IT projects. He is also a PRINCE2 Practitioner and has a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. It is this wide array of skills that give him a unique perspective on the strategies and techniques that go into effective and efficient projects resulting ultimately in well managed and successful change and improvement.

In September 2015, Oliver put all of that experience to work when he founded the company that exists today, one that works together with retail businesses to make their operational improvement goals a reality.

I am an online trainer for successful Project Managers. I run online training programmes which build capability and confidence in a convenient way – enabling Project Managers and Change Teams to be able to deliver breakthrough improvements, resulting in increased profitability and better customer service.
