If you are a customer, prospective customer or if you have signed up to our email club or a webinar, your contact details and privacy will be handles and treated with great respect. Your details will be handled and processed by carefully selected third parties to enable ProjectManagerSuccess.com too fulfil your request. This policy defines who those third parties are as well as how and why they process or handle your data. We do not pass information on without making it clear and consensual.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

ProjectManagerSuccess.com is a trading name of OB&Co Ltd. As defined in section 736 of the UK Companies Act 1985, your information will be shared with OB&Co Ltd and other trading names of this business.

We will disclose some of your personal data to third parties as detailed in the section below. We may also disclose it to any prospective seller or buyer of all (or part of) our business or assets. Or if we are required to do so by law, any applicable regulation or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves or others. WHAT DATA OF YOURS IS COLLECTED AND HOW IS IT USED

To sign up to our email club, you submit your email address and first name. This data will be handled and stored by us (OB&Co Ltd) and ConvertKit. The sign up forms we use are produced as part of our website and pass your data to ConvertKit. The sign up forms do not keep a record of your personal data. Your email is used to send weekly emails as well as reminders for events that you have registered for or have shown interest in. Your name is used to personalise your emails because we want to say hello to you personally rather than just a plain and generic “hi there”. You do not need to submit your name if you do not want to.

If you register for one of our webinars, your email address and first name will also be handled by Webinar JEO (a brand of Universal Media Online) and Leads Flow Pro. This access is used to allow you to register and access the webinar and any replays. This is in addition to the email club above.

If you contact us using one of the contact forms on the website or by sending directly to an email address, your name, email and other information that you provide will be handled by the website and the message sent to staff of OB&Co Ltd. This will be accessed on a computer or mobile phone, complete with up to date anti-virus software. This data will be used to reply to your message.

If you submit blog comments, we welcome your views. Your email address is not shared with other blog readers or visitors. Any hyperlinks or web addresses that you use are visible. Your name will be visible and this is optional – if you don’t want to use your real name, that’s ok. Read the below section on our blog comments policy.

If you become a customer or student of our training courses, programmes or memberships, we will collect email address and you full name. This information will also be handled by us (OB&Co Ltd) and ConvertKit. It will also be handled by our website, including setting up an account to be able to access your purchases as well as sending you product specific messages or status updates. Other parties who will have access to your data are Noëlle Steegs (located in South Africa and Europe), who designs and administers our website, and Virtual Assistants located in the Phillipines, who work exclusively for OB&Co Ltd.

You have the right to close this account at any time although this will also remove all and any training courses, programmes or memberships. This action is not reversible and no product refunds will be issued in this instance.

As a website visitor, your visit is monitored by Google Analytics and Hotjar. This is to understand the user journey and to continue to develop our website to best serve you and other visitors. This will not be used to attempt to identify you or contact you in any way. Further information is below.

We collect data to be able to serve your requests. These are based on consent or on a lawful basis.

We will ask for your consent before processing your data or shortly after initial processing (which is required to fulfil your immediate need). We will endeavour to offer you alternative options to fulfil your requests without submitting any information. Please see details on the relevant sign in form.

It is not possible to not submit information for customers (as we need your information to be able to set up the account and grant you access) and for webinar registrations (as we need your information to be able to send you the joining and replay links and instructions).

Based on what you request, we will share your data with carefully selected third parties who will play a part in processing it to be able to deliver on your request.

You have the right to unsubscribe from the email club at any time. You will find the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the most recent email club email that we have sent you.
